A property transaction will stand out in most of our lives as one of excitement fueled by fear of the unknown. It’s one of the largest transactions you’ll engage in with many moving parts and professionals needed to complete it. Here at Announcer we believe that a holistic approach can make this a memorable and seamless experience.

Whether you’re buying or selling, you want to be confident that you’ve made the right decision, moving forward with your eyes wide open; learning and absorbing as much information as possible along the way. A property transaction is made of three main components:

Property

In the purchase or sale of the actual bricks and mortar, it is about the timing, price and quality of the property. You want to buy or sell at the right time and price and short of a crystal ball we need to use both historical and current information to make an informed decision.

Finance

Access and management of your debt. The structure and management of hundreds of thousands of dollars over the lifetime of a loan will have major implications on your cash flow, taxation and ultimately the profitability of an investment. Via strategic splits and debt allocation, the right advice can save you tens of thousands of dollars.

Conveyancing

The transfer of legal title of property from one person to another. A typical conveyancing transaction contains two major landmarks: the exchange of contracts (whereby equitable title passes) and completion (whereby legal title passes).

... Announcer Group has solved what I thought was an impossible task, my financial situation. Working in a professional industry since age 20 (now 27) I managed to convert more and more money into thin air, the more I was paid the more thin air I purchased. After 6 months with Announcer I had all credit cards paid off, loans consolidated and was making full use of legal tax benefits. I now have a savings plan, property portfolio and all the advice I’ll ever need. right-quote
